Here is a powerful idea, Dr. Masaru Emoto has shown with his experiment on water crystals that just words can effect the crystallization of water particles. From the video below you'll see what I mean. The idea is, your body is 70% liquid and if you can effect water like Dr. Emoto says, then you should be able to control you body with your mind.
